It was a fortunate day when we met Charlie and Susan Ahern. The sale of homes in our price range are usually more complicated and requires individuals with special skills in order to satisfy the requirements of both buyers and sellers.
We have purchased a number of homes over the past 30 years and have sufficient experience to be trusted when we say that without the competence and diligence of the Aherns, the escrow would not have been brought to a successful conclusion.
